The Specially Graded Lap Plate with re-circulating Slurry and Sweeper Arm swiveling at tandom achieves efficient cutting properties during the Lapping Process while attaining high degree of flatness & surface finish. Lapping Machine can be conveniently converted to Polishing Machine for polishing operation on the same machine. Typical applications for this machine are mechanical seals etc

Speedfam free abrasive machine

SPEEDFAM FREE ABRASIVE MACHINE is versatile precision machine designed to Superfinish flat surfaces on almost all types of hard materials. The machine is equipped with Special SPEEDALLOY SEGMENTED PLATE. The Water Cooling Jacket below the plate ensures quick heat deception and avoids any distortion of plate due to heat.  
These machines are also available with motorized forward reverse system, which greatly helps in maintaining the in process plate flatness eliminating operator dependency.  Typical applications for this machines are Automobile & Aircraft parts, Sub-pump parts, Valve wedges, Mechanical Seals, ‘E’ and ‘U’ cores, Printing Plates, etc.
