Airless 6 wheel special shot blasting m/c with trolley  & turn table for huge castings  & welded components

During Huge casting of industrial use are covered with casting sand and all other impurities and are required to the remove before machining. The casting blast cleaned and surface is prepared for machining & coating. MEC SHOT has recently manufactured Airless conveyor Type Shot Blasting machine for Industrial Huge Casting. The numbers of Job is to be blasted is loaded on Winch Operated Trolley Mounted Turn Table. The job enters the blast cabinet where it is blasted inside the blast cabinet by 6 power full sideward and downward positioned direct motor mounted 19½” Blast Wheel enabling to cover the entire rotating components. The duly blasted Industrial Casting comes out from the blasting cabinet. The new Vertical Sliding Rubber Curtain Door operates electro-mechanically. The air dynamic separation systems continuously segregate usable abrasive from unusable abrasive & debris. The automatic abrasive recovery and recycle through conveyer screw & bucket elevator has been provided. The spent abrasive from the blasting operation after striking the work falls through the perforated floor plate of the cabinet and drop in to a hopper connected with belt & bucket type elevator. This carries the abrasive to storage & sand to storage hopper for reuse the storage hopper which holds the reclaimed abrasive temporarily.
