Everest Kanto secures export orders worth US$ 27 mn
Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd. (EKC), a leading player in high pressure gas cylinders, has bagged total export orders worth US 27 million for supplying of CNG cylinders. The gas cylinder major has won orders for the export of CNG cylinders aggregating to about USD 5 million; whereas EKC International FZE, the wholly owned subsidiary of EKC in Dubai has received orders aggregating to about USD 20 million.
EKC Industries (Tianjin) Co. Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of the company in China has also received orders aggregating to about USD 2 million for supply of Jumbo cylinders within China marking a breakthrough in the Chinese markets. The execution of these orders have already started and planned to be completed by May, 2010.

On February 20, 2010, Mark Jaszberenyi and software engineers Gyula Priskin and Tamas Perlaki received the award for design and development of Lustre software for digital color grading for film and television.
