Beside, the company exports to European Countries Ceramic powder is compacted by various techniques from iso pressing, extrusion and die pressing to injection moulding. The selection techniques are derived as per the components size, geometry and the required production volume. The compacted and machined components are sintered at high temperatures. Following “ sintering” the ceramics, in its ultra hard state, can only the machined using diamond-grinding techniques. Finished tolerance of 0.005mm, high degree of flatness (<2 light band) and surface finish can be obtained by lapping and diamond polishing.
