Tata Elxsi joins GENIVI Alliance

Tata Elxsi, a leader in embedded product design and technology services, and part of the $70 billion Tata group, announced that it is now an Associate Member of the globally recognized GENIVI Alliance. The Alliance is a non-profit industry formed association of Automotive, Consumer Electronic & Communications companies and is committed to driving the broad adoption of an In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) reference platform.

This demands convergence of diverse technologies including multimedia, wireless, communication and navigation.
