Auto transfer system for charging furnace

Prodaid Engineers (p) Ltd., Bengaluru, has developed an arrangement for Auto transfer of products to Furnaces without manual intervention. The arrangement consists of receiving chute for the products, Cleated Elevating conveyor and Product distribution to the Furnace conveyor.

The Cleated Elevator is made from light weight Detrin Stat chain with cleats and requires as small as1/4 H.P. Drive.The Variable speed of 2 to 10 M/minute for the chain is provided using, VFD unit, which helps to vary the speed to match the machine output.

This arrangement ensures Auto Transfer. Also, ensures full utilization of Furnace capacity. The system is ideally suitable and must for Continuous Operating Equipments, such as Conveyorised Furnaces, Ovens, Product washing machines etc..
