Rajoo-Commodore’s Vacuum Forming Machine (Dispocon FPS - RECR – 7086 XPS) received the award in the category of ‘machinery for packaging operations’ at the award ceremony held on 19th February, 2010 at Mumbai to coincide with the launch of  ‘International PackTech 2010’.

                The foamed PS sheet line and vacuum formers are capable of producing fine quality PS foam sheet which is then converted into vacuum formed articles like trays, dishes, lunch boxes, hinged lid containers, plates, bowls, ice-cream cones, egg cartons and the list simply grows on! Typical produce consumes only 5% plastic while the rest is air. ‘This recognition furthers our commitment to excel in this arena and offer consumers machines that are easy to operate and can easily switch between different moulds in appropriate formats, saving you money by reducing wastages. Rajoo-Commodore FPS Thermoformers, as DISPOCON FPS are currently available with forming area of 700 x 860 mm, maximum draw depth of 75 mm and operating at 25 strokes/min.

Sheet width in the range of 550 – 730 mm can be handled in thickness range of 1.5 – 5 mm. They are supplied with:
