Hikvision releases iVMS-4500 Mobile Surveillance Software

Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd., the leading supplier of digital video surveillance products, announced the release of the iVMS-4500 mobile surveillance software for iPhone OS3. The iVMS-4500 mobile surveillance software supports the full line of Hikvision products, including the DS-7000/7300/8000/8100 series DVRs (dual stream models), DS-9000/9100 series DVRs, DS-6000/6100 series digital video servers, as well as network cameras and speed domes that support standard H.264 video codec.

                The iVMS-4500 delivers real-time video preview of up to 4 channels. Making full use of the iPhone’s unique features, users can ‘swipe’ for PTZ control and camera movement, as well as pinch-to-zoom in and out in preview mode. In addition, up to 16 devices can be managed: adding, deleting and modifying device profiles. The software also offers sophisticated features such as landscape mode, snapshot, etc. Available on Apple Store, the iVMS-4500 mobile surveillance software turns the iPhone into a wireless surveillance station, allowing customers monitor their home, office or any other location secured by Hikvision’s  IP surveillance products.
